What the Graduate Academy covers

  • Academy, Weeks 1 to 5. The nineteen building elements, then nine mock surveys, alongside client communication, workload planning and an introduction to your regional BD team.
  • Accelerator, Weeks 6 to 13. Supervised live surveys with your mentor, then solo surveys checked by the audit team, leading to your first week running your own instructions.
  • Promotion to Surveyor comes six months from your start date.
